•  HHSC proposes to amend Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 355, Subchapter J, §355.8093, Physician Assistants, §355.8161, Reimbursement Methodology for Midwife Services, and §355.8281, Reimbursement Methodology.
• The proposed amendments will update the Medicaid reimbursement methodology to more accurately reflect the reimbursement methodology for physician assistants, certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, and clinical nurse specialists by standardizing rule titles, deleting obsolete language, and restructuring rule layout. Tim Villasana, HHSC
