State legislators and staff are invited to join us for the third in a series of educational programs and discussions of key topics. This introductory session is designed for staff new to Medicaid and hospital financing and will provide an overview of basic key concepts and financing challenges for THOT member health systems.

State legislators and staff are invited to join us for the third in a series of educational programs and discussions of key topics. This advanced session is for health care and financing policy staff with prior knowledge and experience working on Medicaid and hospital financing issues. For example, relationships between disproportionate share hospital financing and uncompensated care payments and intergovernmental transfers.
